The message from O-n-Joe is that Detroit matters more than Las Bugsy and Gried is gone for good so why waste political and financial capital in a state that doesn't matter in the grander scheme of things? You guys (and girls) down there better start worrying more about water than toy trains to nowhere. The snowpack in the Rockies for this year is only 88% Mead will drop even further.
