Dr. Giblove, Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Fusion Centers

Get used to it. The first of a long string of firings has begun. You see, alleged Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons will continue his record of failure, and somebody will have to take the blame. Thank goodness state taxpayers are so generous about filling the Gube mansion with a legion of scapegoats!

And I wonder if Giblove’s’ emergency management guys will make that appointment they have with Clark County Sheriff  Doug Gillespie Friday, or skip it and go to a political outing, like the Gube did last month.

Better not snub the Sheriff again, guys. He’ll snitch to Harry. And the Gube hates that.

[UPDATE: They love Giblove over at packing.org for his efforts to encourage mutual assured destruction for all citizens. Happy 4th!]

[More UPDATING: The RJ tells us that not only do Gibbons' poorly vetted staffers look forward to an ignominious canning in order to cover up the boss's limitless incompetence, but they'll be subject to a nice little vicious whisper campaign from high ranking, anonymous law enforcement types on the way out. Probably an exit interview with the FBI is in the cards, too, I suspect--cavity search included at no extra charge.]
